HCG Weight Loss Therapy
Assists in reversing stored fat while sparing lean muscle. Targets the abdominal fat and not the normal or structural fat. HCG groups lost more mean weight, had little or no hunger and physical well being progressed from good to excellent.
  • Average weight loss in women is 25-35lbs in a 40 day cycle. Averaged ½ - ¾ lbs per day.
  • Child-bearing aged women lose more due to increased metabolic rate. Average of 30-35 lbs over 40 days.
  • Men averaged 30-45lbs over 40 days.

Phase 1: At your initial appointment, you will be given all the information you need about our program. A blood panel may be required on your first visit. We will also go over your medical history. All the details of the program and the diet will be explained to you. Modifications can be made within the HCG diet if you are allergic to certain foods or you are a vegetarian.

Days 1 and 2 are considered “loading days”. HCG shots are given both days but the very low calorie diet (VLCD) has not started. During the load you can eat as much high fat and rich foods as you want. Attempting to skip the load days may cause you to be hungry during the vlcd and may stall weight loss. Phase 2: In phase 2, you will begin the VLCD. You will need to weigh your food everyday. All lotions and makeup that contain oils should be avoided. You may come in weekly for weigh-ins with no appointment needed, however please be aware of our office hours.

Phase 3: After your last injection you MUST continue with the VLCD for 3 days until the HCG is out of your system. On day 4, you will begin a 3 week program that is a starch and sugar free eating plan. This is the most important phase to make your weight loss permanent. Remember, you have just lost the weight you have wanted to and now we want to help you keep the weight off! This phase is extremely important to reset your hypothalamus gland to your new weight.

Phase 4: Now you will slowly add back in carbohydrates and sugars. If you have done phase 3 properly, you will be able to normally and maintain your weight loss. This will be your maintenance plan for life.It will be a good idea for you to do a follow up lab work a few months after you start this final phase. You will be amazed at how many conditions will be corrected by following this protocol.
